Return and Refund Policy

Due to most of our items being perishable and also due to COVID 19, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items, unless we’ve made an error with your order.  Also, no returns will be administered for our gift cards and in store merchandise. In the unlikely event that you aren’t happy with your Davis Cookie Collection dessert, please let us know within 1 hour of leaving our store and then return the uneaten portion of your dessert to the bakery with your receipt within one hour of  receiving your product. A store credit will be granted on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to have you leave happy. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn’t meet a personal preference. 

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped Tuesday-Friday only during regular business hours. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday delivery is not available. Orders are also not shipped on holidays when our store is closed. Delivery is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement. 

Davis Cookie Collection is not responsible for shipping delays via USPS or UPS once order is in their possession. We will evaluate each case, and may offer a refund for the shipping cost only in the event that the shipping delay is due to COVID or a major event reported by USPS or UPS.

 

Cancellations

We require a 72 hour notice for all online and catering orders cancellations. No cash refunds will be offered and a store credit will be provided if the order was canceled within 72 hours from the date of purchase.  If order isn’t cancelled within 72 hour, no store credit will be granted. The 72 hour notice is from the Time AND DAY of pick-up. 

Additionally, product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit. 

 

Custom Cookie Policy

Due to the customization and short shelf life of our customized cookies, all sales are final and no refunds are given. Orders must be canceled within 1 week to receive an in store credit. Orders not canceled within 1 week will not be eligible for a store credit. 

 

In Store Cake Orders

Due to the short life of our cakes made by a third party, all sales are final and no refunds are given. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 5 days A store credit will be granted if order is canceled within 5 days. Failure to provide a 5 day notice, will result in no refund or in-store credit. 

 

Product

We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes, cookies, merchandise,  that leave our bakery when we aren’t delivering them.
