In 2013, I began baking as an outlet for stress relief during graduate school. It turned out that my friends loved my baking and would frequently ask for more. After my baking turned into more than a hobby, I rented a location in Findlay Market. After much more success, I went on to open my own brick and mortar store here in Bond Hill!

The foundation of my family has always been southern home cooking. I learned at an early age how to cook and bake everything from scratch the southern way! We currently use southern inspired ingredients, spices, and processes when making our cookies. This is what makes them so unique! We’ve created so many different flavors and combinations for our cookies that we’ve just stopped counting!

My husband is a cornerstone of our team at Davis Cookie Collection as the Chief Operating Officer. He oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business and is also living his dream of being an entrepreneur. Not to mention, he also helps out with baking when we need him! We make a wonderful team!
