No Refunds • No Early Cancellations

Enjoy three months of freshly baked goodness with our Mystery Cookie Subscription Box. Once you sign up, your subscription is locked in for the full three-month duration, and early cancellation is not permitted. All subscription sales are final and non-refundable.

Each month, you will receive:

One dozen cookies featuring four different flavors
A curated mix of our most popular specialty and traditional varieties
Individually bagged cookies for freshness and convenience

Every box offers a unique assortment, making each month a delicious surprise.

Delivery and Pickup Options

We do not currently ship through the mail, but we offer two convenient options for receiving your subscription box:

Local Delivery – $10 per delivery

Delivery is completed by our company vehicle. We offer delivery throughout Cincinnati and as far South as Florence, Kentucky. You will be invoiced for delivery each month 2 days before your scheduled delivery. After placing your order, you will receive a list of available delivery dates for your first delivery and times to choose from. All delivery options provided will be no earlier than at least one week from the date your subscription is placed.

For future months, a confirmation email will be sent with delivery dates and times available and verification of the preferred delivery address. The delivery invoice must be paid prior to each delivery time or the monthly subscription will need to be picked up instead.

Free Store Pickup

Pickup is available at no additional cost during our storefront operating hours (Fridays 2-7, Saturdays 12-6). If you select the pickup option, your first order will be ready the following Friday or Saturday (which ever day works best). For future months, an email will be sent to determine your availability for pickups each month.
